Every Acre Deserves
a Fair Deal

Energy developers don't come to the table alone — they bring lobbyists, consultants, and deal teams backed by billions in capital. Your county deserves representation that matches the stakes.

Learn How We Help

Why It Matters

The System Is Built to Favor Developers — Not Your Community.

If you've ever sat across the table from a developer's team and felt like they knew something you didn't — you were right. Energy developers invest heavily in financial modeling, deal teams, and national playbooks designed to maximize their returns. The information asymmetry is not an accident — it's the business model.

Every energy project has a quantifiable financial profile — projected revenue, tax implications, and long-term economic impact. Without an independent quantitative analysis of what a project actually generates, counties are negotiating in the dark. And every deal signed without that analysis is a deal you can't renegotiate.

Is your county one of the 38 currently navigating an active proposal?

How We Work

Here's What Happens When You Call

No long onboarding. No complex retainers. Three steps to a quantitatively informed position.

1

Schedule a Call

A brief conversation to understand your situation — whether it's an incoming developer proposal, a lease review, or a PILOT negotiation.

2

We Analyze the Numbers

We perform an independent quantitative analysis of the project — what it generates, what it's worth, and what that means for your negotiating position.

3

We Stand With You

From ordinance consulting to PILOT negotiations to lease review — we work alongside your team to ensure the deal reflects the true value of what's at stake.

"

What We Hear Most

"We've handled development deals before. We have good people on it."

Many of the counties we work with felt exactly the same way. They had experienced staff and good intentions. What they found, once they had access to an independent quantitative analysis of the project, was that the terms they were considering didn't reflect what the project economics actually supported.

The issue was never competence. It was access to the numbers that would have changed the conversation.

"Do you know how much revenue the project on your land is projected to generate?"

If not, you're negotiating without the number that matters most.

Oleg Alba — Founder & CEO of Acre Strong

Who We Are

Founded on a Simple Observation

An eight-year U.S. Navy veteran, Oleg spent years building energy projects across Kansas and the Midwest — working on the developer side of the table. He saw firsthand how the process works: well-resourced teams arriving with polished proposals and national playbooks, sitting across from local officials who had never seen a deal like this before and had no benchmark for what "fair" looked like.

Acre Strong was created to change that dynamic. Not to replace local decision-making, but to bring the same depth of project knowledge and financial analysis to the county's side of the table — the side that's never had it.

We believe that when counties and landowners have access to the right data, the right analysis, and the right representation, the deals take care of themselves.
